Cancellation and Refund Policy


At Areumi, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.


Order Cancellation Policy

🕒 Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll cancel it and initiate a full refund.

🚚 After Shipment:

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered.


💰 Refund Policy

We offer hassle-free refunds under the following circumstances:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refund is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • A valid reason is provided (wrong product, damaged product, etc.).

🔁 Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products returned without original packaging or signs of use


📦 Return Shipping Charges:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.

  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.


🛡️ Important Notes:

  • Always record an unboxing video in case of damaged or missing items.

  • Refunds will not be issued without proper proof (images or videos) where required.
